It’s extremely important to have fun with your family inside and outside the home. But most often we are stuck at home with nothing to do. However, there are many things you can do to change that and one of them is to consider an air hockey pool table.

Quite simply, there are two people playing who are trying to score points by getting the “puck” in to the goal spot of the other persons net. This is very similar to regular hockey except the hardware being used. The puck is more like a plastic coffee coaster which floats on the surface of the table. Each person uses a handle with a flat bottom to hit the puck to the other side of the table. The handle itself shouldn’t be lifted off the table while playing because this will reduce your chances of hitting the puck. This is an extremely fast game and you need every bit of help possible.

There are air hockey tables in many billiards halls and bars but there are three ways that you can enjoy air hockey at home. The first one is to buy an air hockey table. The second is to buy an air hockey pool table, which means it can be flipped over and used as either a pool table or for air hockey. The last thing you can do is if you already have an existing pool table. In this case you can actually buy the air hockey table top and place it directly over your pool table. You will of course need to get some measurements and proper clamps for this to be effective and safe to use.

If you do decide to get an air hockey pool table, I would suggest that you also pick up a white erase board to keep track of scores, extra pucks, and some extra handles. For some reason the pucks become lost if they fly off the table and the handles break from people who are just too intense with the game.

Even if money is tight, investing in home entertainment may save you a lot of money over the long run. If I had a choice between a pool table and an air hockey table, I would definitely pick up an air hockey pool table and get the best of both worlds.
